We only collect basic data that we need to be able to contact our customers to ensure we can provide the best service possible, from initial enquiry stages and right through your tattoo experience. This data can include your name, email address, phone number and date of birth. We collect this information only from you directly with your consent via forms on our website, email, or telephone call/message. We store all our data securely using GDPR-compliant third-party services.

 

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We will use the data you have shared with us to be able to contact you with your consent. When submitting a form via our website or by contacting us directly via email or telephone, you are providing us with consent to contact you. We will however only use your data in ways that would be reasonably expected of a tattoo studio like ours. We will not pass on your data to third parties but you may receive marketing communications from us from time-to-time of which you can unsubscribe from at any time. 

 

STORING PERSONAL DATA

We aim to ensure that all the personal data we hold is always up to date and relevant. We review and update our contact lists regularly. We delete personal data that has become obsolete as soon as we are aware or when requested by the individual.
